Neo classical school of criminology theory is the updated version of classical school of criminology . In classical school of criminology Cesare baccaria defined that everyone has free will to commit crime because of his or her own will in that time many critics criticises that there is a flaw in this theory . Then Cesare baccaria updated that everyone has not free will to commit crime  except those who are insane , mentally ill etc.
