• This Theory is updated version of classical school of criminology. This theory was updated by Cesare Beccaria and Jeremy Bentham.
• This theory remain same points of classical school of criminology and few more following updated.
• This theory defined as everyone has not free will there was flaw in classical theory.
• Every one has free will accept those who are insane, abnormal , mentally ill ,and underage .
• Classification should be there . Punishment should be given according to nature and intention of crime.
